Power Generation

AST has supplied design support to the nuclear industry for the last 51 years. In the 1960s & 70s AST completed thousands of design hours assisting the UK’s nuclear industry develop its new facilities. In the latter years we have supported the first & second tier suppliers to the power companies to de-commission old power stations ready for the new wave in nuclear power.

Over the last ten years our Design & Engineering experience has been in the following areas:

Recently AST has also started to work in the development of clean fuel & renewable power generation. Members of our design team are involved in the development of both bio mass power generation equipment & wind turbine efficiency.
